Opti Staffing is partnering with a custom fabrication company in Clackamas, OR that specializes in custom-fabricated products and projects. We are looking for an experienced Combo Welder who is comfortable working with both MIG and TIG processes and takes pride in quality craftsmanship.

Perform MIG and TIG welding on a variety of custom-fabricated projects. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols. Set up welding equipment and select the appropriate process, settings, and materials for each project. Fabricate, fit, and weld components according to specifications and customer requirements. Perform quality checks on finished work to ensure welds meet company standards. Work with a variety of metals and materials in a custom fabrication environment.

• Previous welding and fabrication experience.
• Strong MIG and TIG welding experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols.
• Experience with fit-up and custom fabrication.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently while also working effectively with a team.

• Solid MIG welding experience.
• Solid TIG welding experience.
• Ability to pass a weld test.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to safely operate welding equipment and standard shop tools.

• Experience in a custom fabrication environment.
• Experience welding a variety of materials and thicknesses.
• Additional experience with other welding processes such as Stick or Flux Core.
• Fabrication, fitting, or machining experience.
