Del Rio Vineyards is seeking a proactive and highly organized Marketing Coordinator to lead execution of the winery’s marketing initiatives across distribution, the tasting room, and digital channels. This role focuses on driving cohesive brand communication through website management, email marketing, content creation, and cross‑department support—while also contributing to graphic design needs as part of a larger, well‑rounded marketing toolkit. This position is on‑site, based at our location in Gold Hill, Oregon.
THE ROLESupports Del Rio’s digital and trade marketing efforts by managing email campaigns in Klaviyo, keeping website content current, and posting and engaging across social media channels. They help drive promotions by setting up discounts, shipping offers, and seasonal updates, and they contribute written content for newsletters, blogs, and tasting room communications.
They provide essential support for the distribution team by preparing and updating trade materials such as factsheets, shelf talkers, and distributor decks, and by assisting with onboarding tools for new partners. The role also includes coordinating design projects, helping produce event signage and printed collateral, and ensuring consistent brand standards across all assets.
This position collaborates closely with leadership on promotional calendars and special projects and works with photographers, videographers, and media partners as needed.
THE CANDIDATE- Excellent communicator with strong copywriting skills to communicate in the brand’s voice
- Talented multi-channel marketer, a creative and critical thinker
- Adept at collaboration and attuned to what makes engaging consumer content and campaigns
- Passionate about creating memorable brand messages
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- 2+ years experience in graphic design, creating assets, content development for consumer goods and/or campaigns
- Proficient with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Microsoft Publisher and Power Point
- Experience in email marketing with email marketing platforms such as Mail Chimp, Klaviyo, or Constant Contact.
- Experience in website development and maintenance, including familiarity with CMS such as Word Press or Shopify.
- Experience developing visual assets (photo/video) for digital campaigns and content creation for social media organic and/or paid posts.
- Experience with online merchandising systems (Shopify).
- Proficiency with Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Meta Ad Suite, and Google Analytics
- Working with outside vendors
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; an equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered
- Able to walk, bend, reach, lift and carry up to 50lbs.
