Description Position Overview
The Marketing Operations Coordinator supports pricing management, customer portal maintenance, promotional programs, and marketing administrative functions. This role ensures accurate pricing updates, SKU management, EDI coordination, and tracking of marketing expenses and incentive programs. The position works closely with Sales, IT, Accounting, and Home Center customers to maintain data accuracy and support marketing and sales initiatives.

Essential Functions- Manage and update Home Center pricing within customer portals on a bi-monthly basis, resolving errors as they occur.
- Maintain active SKU lists by market within each customer portal to ensure product accuracy.
- Provide pricing, product information, and images to eCommerce dealers as requested.
- Serve as the primary contact for EDI customer inquiries and act as liaison with IT to resolve issues.
- Identify and correct Home Center pricing discrepancies.
- Track marketing expenses and maintain accurate documentation.
- Process check requests and vendor co-op reimbursement submissions.
- Enter and monitor spiff programs and promotional incentives.
- Distribute spiff payouts and promotional items as needed.
- Update website content as directed.
- Assist with customer events and marketing activities as needed.
- Maintain organized records and documentation related to pricing, promotions, and marketing programs.
- Participate in training and professional development to maintain job knowledge.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned to support IWP's Vision, advance its Mission, and uphold the Organization's Values.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience working with databases or customer portals preferred.
- Experience in building products industry preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
