Associate Pastor/Worship Leader

Seeking full time Associate Pastor/Worship Leader for a dual role in a small rural community in Southern Oregon. We are a growing church and need a self motivated person to assist the lead pastor in fostering community service and outreach programs, organizing events, office administration and providing spiritual guidance as needed for the congregation and community.
The role as worship leader would require team building, mentoring volunteer team members and coordinating practices and music selection with the team. Must be proficient in vocals and instruments, with a knowledge of Pro Presenter and Planning Center.
We are looking for an experienced person with a passion and calling for the ministry, willing to relocate and become part of the community. We are located in beautiful Southern Oregon, surrounded by mountains, lakes, farms and with all four seasons!
