Mountain Star Family Relief Nursery in Madras, Oregon, is seeking an Outreach Coordinator to join our team. This role coordinates services for children in the Outreach program, including recruitment, enrollment, home visitation, social play groups and respite care, with case management and parent education in line with Relief Nursery standards.
You will engage families, conduct monthly home visits, maintain records, and support with referrals and education.
