Advanced Practice Nurse; Nurse Practitioner

• Probationary period may be required.

Must demonstrate sufficient experience and education in nursing, including licensure and specialized training as applicable.

Graduate or higher degree in nursing from an accredited program; foreign degrees require certification. Specific specialty degrees are preferred.

Current, unrestricted license in a U.S. state or territory; additional licensure in clinical specialty required for advanced roles.

Relevant professional experience, including independent practice and specialty care, is necessary. Specific experience requirements vary by grade level.
