We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented individual to join our team as the 3rd Person in Charge at our Port Orford location. • Assist the 1st and 2nd Persons in Charge in managing daily operations.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures.
• Support staff supervision and provide guidance as needed.
• Help coordinate schedules and workflow to maintain productivity.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records and reports as required.
• Participate in training and development initiatives.

• Proven experience as a 3rd Person in Charge or similar supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of safety and compliance standards relevant to the industry.
