Prestige Care - - Responsibilities:
Operate the medication room and medication services per physician orders and state regulations as directed by the Health Services Director;
Maintain accurate records of medications and treatments in residents' clinical records;
Coordinate with pharmacies for medication orders and refills;
Report medication errors and changes in resident condition to HSD and physician;
Provide direct resident care and observe residents to report changes to supervisors
