Position OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Advanced Practice Clinician (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our team in Portland, OR. Positions are available at our clinics in NW Portland, Gresham Square, Lloyd Center, and Happy Valley. The ideal candidate will provide evidence‑based care to patients 18 years and older and manage their own primary care panel.
Job Responsibilities- Provide primary outpatient care to adult patients.
- Manage an independent primary care panel.
- Collaborate with physicians and participate in shared call (phone only) among Oregon clinicians.
- Maintain evidence‑based practice and attend required continuing education.
- Minimum of 2 years of primary care clinical experience; new graduates are not eligible.
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to a patient‑centered approach.
- Full‑time or part‑time (0.6–1.0 FTE), flexible schedule (4 days/week).
- 100% outpatient; 100% on‑site interactions.
- Production model compensation; new clinicians have a 1‑year guaranteed earning of $145,000 with upside potential.
