The facility operates under an autonomous CRNA practice model with organized perioperative workflows designed to support quality patient care delivery.

Aboutthe Clinician's Workday
Clinicians begin early in the morning with scheduled OR cases and conclude by mid-afternoon, transitioning into a rotating call schedule covering evenings and overnight hours every third weeknight and every fourth weekend. The caseload encompasses general surgery, orthopedics, urology, ophthalmology, ENT, OB/GYN, pain management, and endoscopy procedures. Proficiency in regional anesthesia techniques including spinals, epidurals, and blocks is required. The daily workflow is predictable, with three ORs in operation and a small team on site.
