Position Summary

As a PRN Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide high-quality nursing care on an as-needed basis. You will support the care team in maintaining a safe, efficient, and compassionate environment for residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide and oversee direct patient care
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Monitor resident conditions and report changes to physicians and care team
  • Support and supervise LPNs and CNAs
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations
  • Promote a safe, clean, and resident-centered environment
Qualifications
  • Active, unencumbered RN license in South Carolina (required)
  • Current CPR certification required
  • Must maintain all continuing education and remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing
  • Experience with Point Click Care  (PCC) preferred
  • Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills
  • Compassion for an underserved population
