- Graduation from an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program
- Current Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license and Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) licensure in the state of practice
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification preferred
- Minimum two years of recent CRNA experience preferred
- Experience administering anesthesia across a variety of surgical and procedural cases preferred
