Position Summary

As a Weekend Supervisor (LPN), you will oversee nursing operations during weekend shifts, ensuring high-quality resident care, proper staffing support, and smooth clinical operations. You will serve as the key leader on-site, guiding staff and maintaining compliance with all care standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support nursing staff (CNAs & LPNs) during weekend shifts
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality, resident-centered care
  • Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and leadership
  • Assist with staffing coordination and coverage as needed
  • Ensure accurate and compliant clinical documentation
  • Maintain adherence to state, federal, and facility regulations
  • Serve as a clinical resource and leader for the care team
  • Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program
  • Active, unencumbered LPN license in South Carolina (required)
  • Long-term care and rehab experience required
  • Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
  • Passion for providing high-quality, compassionate care
