Senior Infusion RN – INFUSION WEST

Providence Health and Services is seeking a Senior Infusion Registered Nurse to deliver specialized oncology and infusion therapy care at our Portland facility. The role includes direct patient care, chemotherapy administration, management of venous access devices, leadership mentorship, and interdisciplinary coordination.

• Provide comprehensive oncology and infusion nursing care, including chemotherapy administration and management of port‑a‑caths, central lines, and other venous access devices.
• Apply the nursing process to assess patient needs and coordinate interdisciplinary interventions.
• Mentor and provide orientation, training, and education to junior Infusion RNs and clinic personnel.
• Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and other team members to optimize patient outcomes.

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing school with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or an Associate’s Degree in Nursing.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as an RN, with at least 3 years in infusion nursing.
• Oregon Registered Nurse License, National RN Compact License, and National Provider BLS certification upon hire.
• OCN (Oncology Nurse) certification or equivalent national infusion certification.
• Ability to comply with multi‑state licensure requirements under the Nurse Licensure Compact.

• At least 2 years of ambulatory nursing experience.

Competitive base pay ($49.34–$76.59 per hour) with additional compensation options such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums and bonus opportunities.
