What You’ll Do- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
- Coordinate care with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Supervise and support nursing staff while promoting patient safety
- Educate patients and families to support recovery and continuity of care
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required
- Strong clinical judgment and teamwork skills
