Join our healthcare team as an on‑call Registered Nurse, responsible for providing comprehensive patient care, including assessing chief complaints, obtaining vital signs, completing health histories, and documenting in the EMR system.
Key Duties Include- Conducting phone triage to evaluate patient needs and coordinate follow‑up care
- Assisting with diagnostic procedures and treatments, such as IV starts, and educating patients on procedures and medications
- Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans and coordinate referrals
- Providing patient education on medications and side effects
- Associate's Degree or higher in Nursing or a valid State RN license with dual licensure in Oregon and Washington within 120 days
- BCLS certification within 90 days; ACLS and PALS preferred
- Proficiency in nursing concepts, medication use, and effects
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask
- Basic skills in Word, Excel, and EMR systems
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred for additional pay
- Training in pediatric screening and women's health exams is a plus
Ability to interact professionally, prioritize effectively, assess diverse patient needs, and work collaboratively within a team.
