Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team on a PRN basis. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care, monitor resident health status, administer medications and treatments, and support residents' physical and emotional well‑being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
  • Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Respond appropriately to resident needs and emergencies
  • Promote resident comfort, dignity, and quality of life
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations
  • Utilize Point Click Care  (PCC) and other clinical systems as needed
Qualifications
  • Current, unrestricted LPN license in South Carolina
  • Current CPR certification
  • Must maintain all required continuing education and licensure requirements
  • Experience in skilled nursing or long‑term care preferred
  • Experience with Point Click Care  (PCC) preferred
  • Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
