Lakewood Post Acute & Rehabilitation
We are a 24‑hour skilled nursing and short‑term rehabilitation facility offering state‑of‑the‑art private recovery suites.
ShiftsPRN, 6 am‑6 pm or 6 pm‑6 am with good availability.
ResponsibilitiesProvide LPN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit; may include supervision of nurse assistants, medication passes and treatments.
Qualifications- Current, unencumbered LPN license in CO.
- Experience in post‑acute or a skilled nursing facility is a plus.
$30‑$40 per hour.
