Position Details:
PNP - Lake Health Clinics, Full-time, 40 hrs/week, typically 08:00am-05:00pm, Monday-Friday, must be able to work a flexible schedule, as needed.
Position Summary:
Lake Health District is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) to join our collaborative rural healthcare team and help strengthen and expand pediatric services in our Critical Access Hospital. This is an exceptional opportunity to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care for infants, children, and adolescents while working closely with physicians, nursing staff, and other members of our interdisciplinary care team.
As a valued member of our organization, you will provide preventive care, wellness visits, developmental screenings, diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses, patient and family education, and care coordination. Employment Requirements:
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Subject to satisfactory adjudication of background investigation.
Successful completion of 500-hour probationary period.
Criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen required upon conditional job offer.
