The Patient Care Technician (PCT) is an essential part of the care team, working closely with nurses and therapists to support patients throughout their care journey. This role offers valuable clinical exposure and is ideal for individuals exploring or beginning a long term career in nursing or healthcare.
What You’ll Do- Assist nurses and therapists with direct and indirect patient care
- Safely transport patients throughout the organization
- Pick up and deliver x-rays, supplies, scans, mail, and other materials
- Support smooth and efficient patient flow within the clinic
- Participate in quality assurance and quality improvement activities
- Help maintain a safe, organized, and patient‑centered care environment
- Multiple shifts available:
Day, Evening, and Night
- Starting hourly rate: $18.55
