Registered Nurse – Operating Room

$2056.32/week –

Job Summary:

Seeking an Operating Room RN for day shift assignments starting in September. The ideal candidate will have prior OR experience, strong certification credentials, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced surgical environment.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and assist with surgical procedures to ensure patient safety and protocol adherence.
• Maintain sterile field and ensure compliance with infection control standards.
• Document patient care activities accurately using Epic charting system.
• Communicate effectively with surgical team members regarding patient status and procedural needs.
• Adhere to hospital policies for scheduling, RTO, and floating within the facility.
• Prepare preoperative and postoperative patient assessments as needed.

Qualifications:

• Valid Oregon CNA license required; RN license pending acceptable.
• Minimum of 2 years OR nursing experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification; ACLS certification preferred.
• Epic charting experience is mandatory.
• Ability to comply with Tier 2 Travel and certification requirements.
• Flexibility for scheduled weekday, weekend, and call shifts.
