Travel RN - Emergency Dept

American Traveler is hiring a night shift ER RN for a critical access hospital, requiring an Oregon RN license and the ability to float to Med Surg as needed.

• Active Oregon RN license required, in hand (pending license accepted only with proof of application submitted)
• Minimum 1+ years of ER nursing experience required
• Required certifications: BLS, TNCC, ACLS
• NIHSS certification preferred but not required

  Emergency Department unit within a critical access, trauma level 4 hospital
• 25 staffed beds
• Night shift schedule (3x12 hours), 19:00-7:00
• Required to work weekends
• Float requirement between ER and Med Surg as needed
• OB experience for float purposes is a plus, but not required
• Block scheduling accommodation dependent on facility needs
• No on-call requirements
• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting
• May float to Med Surg unit based on facility needs
• Scrubs of any color or pattern are acceptable
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply

• Requested time off must be submitted and approved at time of application; RTO requests are not guaranteed after an offer is extended
• Holiday coverage required; only one holiday off may be approved
• Candidates who have previously worked at the facility must have a break in service of at least one year to be eligible to return as a traveler
