• Deliver coordinated nursing care for obstetric and gynecologic patients following established standards of care and the nursing process
• Assess patient status, develop and implement care plans, monitor progress, and document findings accurately
• Supervise and direct the activities of nursing staff at multiple levels, ensuring safe and effective patient care
• Coordinate care with other disciplines, using critical thinking, professional judgment, and independent decision-making
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team to support patient safety and positive outcomes
• Ensure adherence to infection control, safety protocols, and quality improvement practices during shifts

• Active Registered Nurse license in Oregon (RN)
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts (3x12) and adapt to a travel assignment schedule
• Experience in an acute care setting; obstetric/gynecology exposure preferred
• Strong clinical assessment skills, critical thinking, and bedside supervision capabilities
• Effective communication and teamwork within a multidisciplinary obstetric/gynecology care environment
