Southwoods Health is seeking a dedicated PACU RN to provide safe, direct, and high-quality post-anesthesia care. In this role, you will implement plans of care, administer medications, monitor patient recovery, and collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary team.

• Clinical Excellence: Plan, deliver, and document safe, effective post-anesthesia patient care.
• Patient Monitoring: Monitor closely for changes in patient conditions and execute ordered clinical interventions.
• Compliance & Privacy: Maintain strict patient privacy, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance.

  Communicate patient progress effectively to the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Resource Management: Practice cost-effective resource management without compromising patient outcomes.

• License: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Ohio (Required).
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications through the American Heart Association (Required).
• Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) (Preferred).
• Experience: Prior experience in PACU, Critical Care, or the Emergency Room (Preferred).
• Skills: Strong critical thinking, time management, delegation, and clinical documentation skills.
