Ayden Healthcare of Oregon is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our skilled nursing facility team on a PRN basis. You will work closely with licensed physical therapists to implement treatment plans and support patients’ mobility and functional goals.
The ideal candidate holds an Associate degree in Physical Therapy Assisting, current state licensure, and prior PT experience in outpatient clinics, SNFs, or home health.
