Overview
We are looking for a Windows systems technician versed in desktop/printer/phone support as well as familiar with Active Directory for account creation and adjustments. Also, someone who is familiar with Windows 10, 11 imaging and deploying IT equipment. The team is using Intune and PDQ to support the build of the image. This will be a requirement for at least 1 of the individuals.
The client is customer focused and works as part of a team. All equipment is Dell. This is a contract position based out of Oregon, OH.
- Imaging, memory upgrading and asset tagging on 450+ machines as part of the rollout.
- Build and deploy Windows 10/11 images; push the image to devices and deploy off-the-shelf applications.
- Use Intune and PDQ to support image builds and deployments.
- Provide desktop, printer, phone, and Windows OS support; assist end users after machine build.
- Perform imaging and rollouts, and ensure software and hardware are supported appropriately.
- Work as part of a team; demonstrate punctuality, good demeanor and strong customer service.
- Coordinate with on-site and remote teams for rollout alongside existing technicians.
- Strong troubleshooting skills; self-motivated with solid Windows technical background.
- Experience with Windows 10/11, imaging, deployment, and hardware support.
- Active Directory experience (account creation, enabling/disabling accounts; no Group Policy or permissions specifics mentioned).
- Experience with ticketing systems; familiarity with Freshworks or similar is a plus.
- Experience with Dell hardware and on-site support environments; PPE and site access requirements may apply.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- On-premises with Azure and Exchange Online 365 familiarity.
- Intermediate level, contract role, onsite in Oregon, OH.
The pay range for this position is $20.00 – $25.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on job classification and length of employment. Benefits may include health, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, disability, HSA, transportation benefits, PTO/vacation/sick leave, and other plan terms as applicable.
