Manage the day-to-day operations of the store's e-Commerce department to achieve sales objectives and budgets;
Staff the department and develop associates to achieve results;
Interview, select and hire candidates for the online shopping team;
Train associates on all functions and duties of order selector and customer attendant roles;
Lead planning and execution of e-Commerce initiatives and ensure timely order fulfillment;
Monitor inventory and substitutions, addressing out-of-stock issues and substitutions as needed;
Supervise and coach direct reports, complete performance reviews, and provide feedback
