Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and experienced evening RN Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the nursing department and ensure exceptional care for the residents we serve. The RN Supervisor provides strong clinical leadership, guidance, and support to RNs, LPNs, and STNAs.

The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader with excellent assessment skills, sound clinical judgment, and a passion for delivering high-quality care. Under the direction of the Director of Nursing, the RN Supervisor plays a vital role in helping the facility achieve outstanding clinical outcomes and service excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and daily oversight to nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, STNAs).
  • Ensure resident care is delivered in accordance with regulatory standards and organizational policy.
  • Assist with admissions, assessments, care planning, and clinical decision‑making.
  • Monitor staffing levels and make adjustments as needed.
  • Respond to emergencies and support direct‑care staff in complex clinical situations.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and support EMR compliance.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and interdisciplinary team to improve outcomes.
  • Promote a positive, resident‑centered environment.
Qualifications
  • Current Ohio RN license in good standing with the Ohio Board of Nursing.
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory nursing experience preferred.
  • Post‑acute Care Experience Preferred.
  • Experience with Point Click Care  EMR preferred.
  • Strong clinical assessment and leadership skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
