Wage Range $17- 19 per hour

A Front of House Shift Leader at Chick-fil-A Oregon leads the FOH team during assigned shifts, ensuring operational excellence, great guest experiences, and consistent execution of Chick-fil-A standards in service, cleanliness, and hospitality. This role represents the Operator on the floor and sets the tone for urgency, positivity, accountability, and care.

As a Front of House Shift Leader, you will oversee FOH operations including dine-in, carry-out, drive-thru and catering. You will direct Team Members in real time, ensure smooth service, and maintain a clean, organized, welcoming environment. You will coach, reinforce standards, and step in as needed to support the shift.

This fast-paced leadership role requires strong communication, situational awareness, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Successful Shift Leaders lead with urgency and accuracy while maintaining high hospitality standards for both guests and team members every shift.

The Front of House Shift Leader at Chick-fil-A Oregon is responsible for leading the FOH team during their assigned shifts. This person ensures operational excellence, delivers high guest satisfaction, supports team members, enforces standards, and helps the shift run smoothly from start to finish. They act as the Operator’s representative during their shift and set the tone for service, cleanliness, and accountability.

Availability

• Minimum availability of 20+ hours/week
• Minimum Full-Time Availability: 32+ hours a week

Pay Rate

• $17 – 19/ hour

What you will be doing
