Neuro Care Sales Specialist is a strategic, influential sales partner responsible for maximizing sales growth and profitability within a defined territory through compliant, ethical solutions.
Responsibilities- Build rapport and relationships with regional team members, cross-functional partners, and external contacts (HCPs and office staff)
- Provide healthcare product demonstrations, physician detailing, and product in-servicing
- Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff to promote product and provide product/patient education
- Strategically manage and grow key accounts; tailor solutions to drive differentiation and achieve sales targets
- Review and analyze sales data to create territory plans and utilize promotional budget funds
- Address external market challenges and collaborate internally to drive cohesive sales strategies
- Partner with cross-functional teams to execute sales strategies and achieve shared objectives
- Maintain call average (face-to-face) with a focus on top target customers
- Use problem-solving to improve performance in the assigned region
- Adhere to all compliance policies and guidelines
- Achieve sales performance goals and complete all administrative duties for the territory
- Bachelor’s degree required (preferably related)
- Documented business-to-business sales experience; pharmaceutical sales preferred
- Full-time B2B sales experience:
Senior Sales Specialist (min 1 year) or Executive Sales Specialist (min 7 years)
- Managing complex healthcare accounts and multiple stakeholders in specialty/academic settings
- Specialty pharmacy, patient support, reimbursement/access stakeholder collaboration
- Experience in neurology, psychiatry, pediatrics, rare disease, specialty therapeutics, or complex disease states
- New product launch experience (specialty/complex disease markets)
- Proven market accomplishments; strong written/oral communication
- Ability to interact with HCPs face-to-face and virtually; technology proficiency
- Leadership/interpersonal skills; reimbursement/managed care/marketing knowledge
- Must pass background, motor, and drug screening; valid US driver’s license with acceptable record
- Regular travel, including possible air travel and weekend/overnight travel.
