Position: NeuroCare Sales Specialist - Medford, OR

Neuro Care Sales Specialist is a strategic, influential sales partner responsible for maximizing sales growth and profitability within a defined territory through compliant, ethical solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Build rapport and relationships with regional team members, cross-functional partners, and external contacts (HCPs and office staff)
  • Provide healthcare product demonstrations, physician detailing, and product in-servicing
  • Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff to promote product and provide product/patient education
  • Strategically manage and grow key accounts; tailor solutions to drive differentiation and achieve sales targets
  • Review and analyze sales data to create territory plans and utilize promotional budget funds
  • Address external market challenges and collaborate internally to drive cohesive sales strategies
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to execute sales strategies and achieve shared objectives
  • Maintain call average (face-to-face) with a focus on top target customers
  • Use problem-solving to improve performance in the assigned region
  • Adhere to all compliance policies and guidelines
  • Achieve sales performance goals and complete all administrative duties for the territory
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree required (preferably related)
  • Documented business-to-business sales experience; pharmaceutical sales preferred
  • Full-time B2B sales experience:
    Senior Sales Specialist (min 1 year) or Executive Sales Specialist (min 7 years)
Preferred Skills/Experience
  • Managing complex healthcare accounts and multiple stakeholders in specialty/academic settings
  • Specialty pharmacy, patient support, reimbursement/access stakeholder collaboration
  • Experience in neurology, psychiatry, pediatrics, rare disease, specialty therapeutics, or complex disease states
  • New product launch experience (specialty/complex disease markets)
  • Proven market accomplishments; strong written/oral communication
  • Ability to interact with HCPs face-to-face and virtually; technology proficiency
  • Leadership/interpersonal skills; reimbursement/managed care/marketing knowledge
  • Must pass background, motor, and drug screening; valid US driver’s license with acceptable record
Travel Requirements
  • Regular travel, including possible air travel and weekend/overnight travel.
