Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through established site protocols.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including buildings, grounds, access points, and perimeter areas, with attention to changing environmental and operational conditions.;
Monitor entry and exit activity, verify authorized access, and report unusual conditions or unauthorized persons to help support site operations at a utilities location.;
Support incident response by communicating with site contacts, first responders, and Allied Universal leadership, and completing required reports related to daily activity and/or unusual events.
