Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and/or emergency response activities at a utilities location;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership;
Conduct regular and random patrols of operational areas, buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report security-related concerns, maintenance issues, and/or policy violations;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials when appropriate, and document visitor, vehicle, and/or contractor activity according to site guidelines;
Complete required reports, logs, and/or incident documentation, and communicate noteworthy conditions, hazards, and/or response actions to the appropriate personnel
