Job Description:

Join a small rural hospital in Lakeview, Oregon, as an OR RN with circulating experience. This role involves performing a variety of surgical procedures including colonoscopies, endoscopies, and common surgeries such as gallbladder removal, hernia repairs, and hysterectomies. The shift is 10 hours per day over 13 weeks, with shared weekend and after-hours call duties (approximately 50%), ensuring a balanced work schedule.

You will need to be comfortable managing variable caseloads from 1 to 5 cases daily, with one major case in the OR each week. The facility values experienced OR nurses who can confidently handle PACU and Pre‑op responsibilities within scope, as training on the job is limited. This assignment offers a unique chance to work in a close‑knit rural setting while applying your expertise in a variety of surgical scenarios.
