This position offers a variety of work throughout the year, from irrigation and equipment operation during the growing season to maintenance projects during the winter months. As a Farm Equipment & Irrigation Operator,you'llhelp support crop production and farm operations by:

• Operating and monitoring flood and pivot irrigation systems to ensure crops receive the water they need to thrive.
• Troubleshooting and repairing pivot irrigation equipment to maintain efficient operations.
• Supporting irrigation activities, including digging corrugates, transporting equipment, and assisting with water management projects.
• Operating a variety of farm equipment and machinery for tasks such as tillage, planting, spraying, cultivating, and other field operations.
• Preparing fields and supporting crop establishment according to seasonal production schedules.
• Maintaining farm property and infrastructure, including fence construction and repair, weed control, and upkeep of farm buildings and structures.
• Assisting with seasonal maintenance and repair projects to keep equipment and facilities operating safely and efficiently year-round.
• Working closely with the farm team on a variety of projects that contribute to the success of the operation.

Preferred Experience

We'relooking for individuals who have experience in one or more of the following areas:

• General farming or ranching operations
• Equipment maintenance and repair
• Candidates with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Required

Valid driver's license

• Work outdoors and stay active throughout the day.
• Operate a variety of agricultural equipment and machinery.
• Gain experience in both irrigation management and crop production.

This is a hands-on agricultural position that takes place primarily outdoors in varying weather conditions.

You'llwork around farm equipment, irrigation systems, and agricultural machinery while contributing directly to crop production and farm success.

This role is well-suited for individuals who enjoy active, physical work. Duties may include:

• Standing and walking for extended periods.
• Bending, kneeling, crouching, and working on uneven ground.
• Climbing ladders and working at varying heights when needed.
• Frequently lifting and moving materials weighing up to 100 pounds.
• Working outdoors in changing weather conditions.
