Agricultural Equipment Operator

Schedule: Monday–Friday, with long hours during busy seasons

Express Employment Professionals is hiring an Farm Equipment Operator for our local client.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, operating equipment, and takes pride in getting the job done right. No special applicator licensing is required to start!

• Prepare and load fertilizer and soil amendment products accurately.
• Operate application equipment, including airflow and spinner buggy equipment.
• Apply products accurately and efficiently based on recommendations, weather, and field conditions.
• Perform equipment maintenance and help keep equipment in good working order.
• Communicate with growers professionally and respectfully.
• Manage your time and work independently to meet deadlines.

• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work outdoors and perform physical tasks associated with application and equipment maintenance.
• Comfortable working long hours during busy spring and summer seasons.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• No special applicator license required to start.

• 90-day introductory employment period.
• Required pre-employment drug and alcohol testing, with enrollment in random testing.
