QC Tech

The QC Tech 1 performs laboratory test to determine chemical and physical characteristics of the product for quality control, process control, and product development.

• Working Safely is Priority.
• Performs all necessary quality testing as assigned.
• Follows work instructions regarding testing, reporting, non-conforming product, etc.
• Enters data and test results into database daily and into excel spreadsheets as needed.
• Communicates regularly with Quality Manager on any changes to test results, abnormal results, testing issues, etc.
• Calibration of all QC lab equipment.
• Follow safety and environmental guidelines.
• Maintain lab equipment and cleanliness.

• High school diploma or GED, preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer and basic software skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow complex instructions and procedures.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule when needed.
• High commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Experience in manufacturing or mining environments.
• Ability to climb stairs and ladders and work on elevated platforms.
