We're looking for Auto Body Preppers with a minimum of 6 months of professional automotive prepping experience to join us at Carvana.

• Mandatory overtime may be required during peak periods.

• Minimum 6 months of professional automotive prep experience (for this role; other paint roles may require different experience).
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Physical ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, weather‑exposed production environment.
• Proficiency in using safety equipment (face shield or goggles, non‑slip shoes, gloves, mask, etc.).
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
