As a Quality Control Technician, you'll play a vital role in ensuring product safety, quality, and consistency. You'll work closely with the quality assurance team to uphold high standards and contribute to continuous improvement in a clean, safe environment.
What You'll Do As a Quality Control Technician, you will be responsible for:
Performing scheduled laboratory tests on samples of raw materials, intermediate products, and finished goods to ensure they meet company standards. Inspecting raw materials and packaging materials to verify compliance with quality benchmarks. Accurately recording test results and maintaining detailed documentation. Mixing and controlling concentrations of standard laboratory reagents. Maintaining lab equipment in proper working condition and reporting any issues promptly.
Managing inventory of chemical reagents and ensuring cleanliness and sanitation of the laboratory area. Assisting with waste treatment, yeast cultivation, and culture transfer processes. Protecting the confidentiality of all formulations, ingredients, and testing methods. What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have: A minimum of two years of experience in a Food Manufacturing Quality Control laboratory environment or a relevant degree (Bachelor's in Chemistry, Food Science, or related field).
Strong attention to detail and excellent record-keeping skills. Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and QA (Quality Assurance) standards. Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment. Physical stamina to stand or sit for extended periods and safely handle lab chemicals and equipment.
