CMM Programmer / Quality Inspector
Pay: $30–$35/hour DOE
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Full-Time | Day Shift | Overtime Available
We are looking for an experienced CMM Programmer / Quality Inspector to join our manufacturing team.
This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in CMM programming, quality inspection, metrology, or precision manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have experience working with a Duramax CMM, interpreting blueprints, using GD&T, and performing detailed dimensional inspections.
What You'll Do:
- Program and operate a Duramax CMM
- Create and edit CMM programs, preferably using Calypso
- Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections
- Inspect precision parts using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other measuring equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Apply GD&T and verify parts meet required tolerances
- Review inspection data and document results
- Identify and report non-conforming material
- Work with Manufacturing and Engineering to resolve quality issues
- Help maintain and calibrate inspection equipment'
What We're Looking For:
- Experience with CMM programming and operation
- Experience with Duramax CMM is mandatory
- Calypso experience preferred
- Strong blueprint reading and GD&T skills
- Experience with precision measuring and inspection equipment
- Manufacturing, machining, metrology, or quality inspection experience
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Candidates with backgrounds as a CMM Programmer, CMM Operator, Quality Inspector, Quality Technician, Metrology Technician, Dimensional Inspector, or Precision Inspector are encouraged to apply.
Experience in aerospace, machining, semiconductor, automation, or other precision manufacturing environments is a plus.
Pay is $30–$35/hour depending on experience.
