As a real estate agent you'll help buyers and sellers achieve their real estate dreams by building relationships, attending open houses, scheduling showings, putting together contracts, and growing your personal network—all backed by the largest CENTURY 21 firm in the Northwest.

• Expert Training – State‑approved academy, real estate live stream and online; licensed in as little as two to eight weeks.
• Office placement – Multiple locations and all post‑license training, coaching, and support.
• Free Leads – Company‑generated leads at no cost, and instruction on generating all the leads you will ever need.
• Flexible Schedule – Work part‑time or full‑time with hours that work for you; you control when you work and how fast you grow.

• A Oregon Real Estate License is required; if you don't have one yet, our in‑house Academy of Real Estate will get you licensed fast with flexible class options.
• You should be ready to prospect for new business daily, embrace technology and personal marketing, attend in‑office coaching and sales meetings, and adapt to flexible work hours.
• No prior real estate experience is necessary.
