ThePosition:
The Beverage Manager provides management to the Elements lounge, Steelhead Lounge, and the Stix Bar & Grill. Assists the Beverage Supervisor as needed. Will actively supervise, coach, counsel, direct, train and mentor beverage team members managers and Supervisors. Is responsible for overall guest satisfaction through properly trained and motivated staff that routinely exceeds service, food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation standards.
- Responsible for all aspects of the effective beverage management within a casino environment.
- Ensures total compliance with all responsible alcohol service policies.
- Effectively and compliantly addresses any alcohol service or compliance issues; immediately investigates documents and reports all issues or findings to management.
- Responsible for completing documentation of employee performance and attendance issues in accordance with company policy and practice.
- Supervises team members on the proper instructions of alcohol handling, cash handling and workplace safety rules.

- Must have a High School Diploma or GED Certificate
- 5 years’ experience in food and beverage with a min of 2 years supervisory or lead experience required.
- Must have inventory experience.
- Excellent organizational, verbal, interpersonal, and guest relations skills.
- Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office, Word, Outlook and Excel.
- Ability to effectively handle multiple priorities and tasks at once.
- Must be able to maintain composure and make effective decisions in stressful situations when dealing with challenging circumstances.
- Current OLCC License and Food Handlers Certificate required.
- Able to obtain a Class III Gaming License.
- Team member must maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance at all times. (Specific Standards available)
