Overview
Come join the Culinary Team at Black Butte Ranch! We have immediate openings for seasonal, part time Cooks for our busy events and summer season at The Lodge. If you're passionate about creating an exceptional dining experience and love working as part of a team, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities- Produce high quality, healthy food.
- Maintain a safe work environment and follow proper HACCP procedures.
- Help others on the culinary team and promote a positive and professional culture throughout the F&B division.
- At least one year of experience working in commercial kitchen operations — or a culinary degree.
- A valid OR food handler’s permit and Serv Safe certification.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Solid understanding of safe food handling procedures.
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Pay is from $22.00/hr based on skills and experience; there is opportunity for overtime, and you ll receive tips. The work shift is approximately 1:00pm – 10:30pm, 4-5 days/week.
