Bartender

Job Summary

Red Robin is seeking a Bartender who will deliver exceptional guest service by being efficient, confident, personable, and an expert on all things beverages. This role is part of the Front of House service team and requires strong customer service and communication skills.

• Provide efficient and confident service to guests.
• Prepare and serve beverages according to company standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
• Communicate effectively with front‑of‑house staff and guests.

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Prior experience in bartending, bar back, or server roles preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Base pay: $16.80 per hour + tips.
