RESPONSIBILITIES Wash and sanitize all dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment throughout service

Handle with care our handmade ceramic plates and hand-blown stemware objects commissioned specifically for Perlee Polish stemware and silverware to an exacting standard before each service

Iron and fold guest towels with precision and consistency

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish station, prep areas, and kitchen floors

Support cooks with basic prep tasks and assist the kitchen team as directed

Manage waste and recycling efficiently and sustainably

Receive and organize deliveries

Uphold Perlee's standards of hygiene and sanitation at all timesQUALIFICATIONSReliable, hardworking, and takes pride in their work

Previous kitchen or dishwashing experience a plus not required

Must hold or be able to obtain an Oregon Food Handler Certificate Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbsMust be able to work Wednesday through SundayCOMPENSATION & BENEFITS $17/hr + tips estimated total compensation $30+/hr Health insurance (medical, dental, and vision) available to full-time employees; coverage begins after 90 days of employment

Up to 5 days PTO; 40 hours health & wellness leave available to full-time employees; begins accruing after 90 days of employment
