• Prepare and cook menu items like wings, burgers, and more.
• Slice, dice, grill, fry, and sauce with accuracy and speed.
• Follow recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work station.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Work with your team to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
• Help with prep, stocking, and closing duties.
• The duties of this position may change from time to time.

• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment.
• Passionate about food quality and consistency.
• Willing to learn and jump in wherever needed.
• Kitchen experience is helpful (but we can train the right person!).

• Minimum 18 years of age (State Minor Laws Supersede).

• Prior experience working in restaurant or retail environment.
• Food Handler Certificate.

• Able to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Frequent bending, reaching, and movement in a busy kitchen.

• Paid Time Off (PTO):
  Accruals are based on role classification and years of service.
• Oregon Sick Leave (OSL):
  Accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked (up to 40 hours per year).
• Paid Leave Oregon (PLO):
  Participation in the state‑mandated wage‑replacement program for family, medical, or safe leave.
