Line Cook

Line Cook Range: $17.34 - $20.93

Red Robin is a full‑service restaurant seeking energetic Line Cooks to prepare and cook food in line with the Red Robin style. Responsibilities include cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying, and cooking a variety of menu items such as meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, salads, and more.

• Prepare and cook food items to meet the restaurant’s standards and guest expectations.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure clean, food‑safe work areas.
• Maintain a consistent level of quality while working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume kitchen.
• Assist with inventory and restock supplies as needed.
• Work closely with the team to ensure timely delivery of orders.

• Must be 17 years of age or older.
• Experience in a commercial kitchen is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Adaptability to shift work and a willingness to learn new techniques.

• Base pay: $17.34 - $20.93 per hour.
