A leading Central Oregon resort is seeking a Banquet Chef to oversee all culinary operations in the banquet kitchen. The successful candidate will lead a team to create exceptional guest experiences through high-quality food and innovative menu designs. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, training staff, and maintaining food safety standards. Ideal candidates will have at least five years of culinary experience and a passion for the culinary arts.
This position requires working nights, weekends, and holidays.
