Gecko Hospitality - - Responsibilities:
Oversee front-of-house and bar operations in a high-volume, full-service environment;
Lead, mentor, and develop servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff—focusing on training, retention, and creating a positive culture;
Manage bar program including inventory, beverage menus, pour costs, and compliance with all alcohol service regulations;
Drive revenue through exceptional guest experiences, upselling, and operational efficiency while controlling food, beverage, and labor costs;
Handle scheduling, inventory management, vendor relationships, and daily P&L responsibilities
