As the Food Service Deli Lead, you will oversee the daily operations of our deli while providing outstanding customer service and ensuring the highest standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness. • Lead and support daily deli operations
• Prepare and serve fresh deli foods
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
• Assist with ordering, inventory, and product displays
• Train and mentor deli team members
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Ensure the deli is clean, organized, and fully stocked

• Previous food service or deli experience preferred
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, positive attitude, and team-oriented
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds
