As a barista at Cold Water & Coffee, your role will be key in delivering an outstanding experience to every customer. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages with precision and care.
• Providing friendly, attentive service to ensure every guest feels welcome.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including equipment and seating areas.
• restocking supplies as needed.
• Collaborating with team members to create a positive and efficient work environment.

We’re seeking someone who:

• Has a genuine love for coffee and customer service.
• Is eager to learn and grow—no prior experience is required.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can multitask effectively.
• Communicates clearly and works well as part of a team.
• Brings a positive attitude and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed.

While we don’t offer additional benefits at this time, baristas take home tips made on shift everyday.
